Slicky Picks is a luxury property management company providing professional property supervision tailored to each client’s individual requirements. We oversee the client’s chosen movers, contractors, cleaners, suppliers and other service providers. We make sure they follow the client’s instructions, and we monitor progress on the client’s behalf.
In addition, if a client needs help finding a suitable service provider, we can source options as an additional service and provide a separate quotation. We aim to give clients a trusted presence at their property when they cannot be there themselves.
OUR APPROACH
We provide discreet and personalised oversight based on each client’s instructions and requirements. First, we discuss the assignment so we clearly understand what the client needs. Then, we supervise the agreed work and keep the client informed throughout the assignment.
As a luxury property management company, we understand that high-end homes and personal belongings require care, discretion and attention to detail. However, our role is supervision only. We do not pack, transport, repair, install or physically handle the client’s property or belongings. Movers, contractors, cleaners and other third-party providers remain responsible for the services they perform.
In addition, we focus on clear communication so clients know what is happening while they are away.
HOW WE WORK
Typically, we arrange assignments for one to three days at a property or location, depending on the client’s needs. For example, we can supervise property-related work, oversee a home move from Point A to Point B or help coordinate with selected service providers.
We provide dependable property oversight for clients who are travelling, living overseas or simply unable to attend in person. Before work begins, we discuss the scope, duration and fee with the client. Therefore, both sides understand what the assignment includes.
We aim to provide every client with dependable, discreet and professional support from start to finish. In addition, we keep communication clear and provide updates when required.
